A Sonoma Valley native for 5 generations, Sheana has her own food company called The Epicurean Connection. She has been coming to New Orleans for years and manages to make it down here at least 4 times a year. She is way-connected to all of the wine and cheese makers in her part of the world, and for tonight’s gathering, she will be bringing wines from Nicholson Ranch, Davis Family Vineyards, Enkidu Winery and more. She will also bring her own cheese, Delice de la Vallee, and several other Sonoman treats including Jimtown Fig & Olive Tapenade.
