QiGong is the Ancient Chinese Parent of Energy Therapy

QiGong is a 5,000 year old energy healing system which was developed by the Chinese to maintain and restore balance in mind, body and spirit. QiGong is based on the premise that energy flows through the body along pathways called meridians. If one of these meridians is blocked through emotional or physical trauma, the body and mind get out of balance. Illness and pain are sure to follow.

With the use of an internal form of QiGong taught by Susan Lee RN, PhD, TCMN, and Al Viguerie LCSW, PhD, you can learn to perform a simple, daily, energy-balancing routine to promote good health and mental clarity and protect yourself from stress and anxiety. All of this takes less time than making a cup of coffee.

In the more advanced practice, participants can learn how to heal their own past emotional traumas, eliminate chronic pain, fears, phobias, anxiety, and depression.

It's healing from within, and the results are quickly seen and usually permanent. The addition of both levels of QiGong training provide helping professionals with an effective tool to enable clients to experience immediate symptom relief while addressing the root cause of their distress. All of this occurs without needles, drugs or re-traumatizing the client.

In this workshop, you will learn how energy therapy works, how to actively apply it to your own issues, and a simple daily maintenance routine. You will also learn how to use these more advanced techniques with your clients. This is an interactive training.
