WHAT: Councilmember James Carter will convene a Town Hall meeting
on Tuesday evening to discuss the proposed development at 1137
Esplanade Ave. Pres Kabacoff and representatives from HRI Properties
will be present to answer questions. All residents are invited to attend
and voice their opinions regarding the development.
