Loyola College of Law offers the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program
(VITA) again this year.
The VITA program was designed by the Internal Revenue Service to provide tax
preparation assistance for people with low to modest incomes. Our program
will hold tax preparation sessions on Saturdays from 10 a.m. ? 2 p.m., and
Mondays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. ? 7 p.m. The sessions at Loyola begin on
Saturday January 31 and continue through Monday April 13. The VITA office is
located at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, 526 Pine Street

Those who attend our tax preparation sessions should bring identification,
Social Security cards for each person on their tax returns, and all of their
tax documents including W-2 forms, 1099 forms, Social Security statements
and so on.
