2nd Annual Warren Easton Festival

Proceeds to benefit Easton School Based Health Center

WHO: Warren Easton Senior High School

WHAT: The festivities will include giant inflatable slides and a Kid's Area; music by Easton’s Marching Band, Terrence Jones & Dimensions and DJ Aktright; food such as fried and boiled seafood, hamburgers, hot dogs, and desserts; an "Eagle Idol" student singing competition; Easton spirit dance groups paying tribute the 1950s, 60s, 70s and 80s; and recognition ceremonies for "Octogenarian Eagles" and recently slain India Mahoney. The Hornets Bookmobile and the Blood Center bus will also be at the Fest. Admission is $5, children 12 and under may enter for free.

WHEN: Saturday, March 28, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

WHERE: Easton Park, 600 N. Lopez in NOLA

WHY: Proceeds will benefit the Warren Easton School Based Health Center
