2nd Annual Easter Parade
"Agents of Change?

The Goodchildren Carnival Club is pleased to announce its 2nd Annual
Easter Parade, taking place on Sunday, April 12 at 2 p.m. The theme is
"Agents of Change.? The name of the club is taken from the old name
for St. Claude, which was Goodchildren (Bons Enfants).

Special honorees, our Agents of Change, will include the Marianites of Holy
Angels, among others.

The parade route is St. Claude Avenue, from Poland Avenue to Elysian
Fields. Leading the parade musically will be the Goodchildren Band and
the Frederick Douglass High School Marching Band.

Parading groups include the Goodchildren, the Krewe do Craft, the
Fringe Festival, the Lagomorphs, the Strollers, the Guardian Angels,
NOLA Pyrates, the Mojo Experience, SCADNOLA, and more.

The Goodchildren will once again present their signature throws of
decorated dolls, and the Krewe do Craft will reprise their ?Alice in
Craftyland? theme with wonderful handmade throws. Look for inventive
throws from all the krewes.

Following the parade, the St. Roch Tavern will host an after-party with live
music. Food and beverages will be available.

Raffle tickets are available now through our website, or by contacting
Goodchildren. Prizes include a piano, a massage, theater ticket
packages, gift certificates for local businesses, original art and
more. Drawing for raffle prizes will be held Friday, April 10 at 11 pm
at the HiHo Lounge during our Pre-Parade Party.
