Catholic Charities is pleased to be partnering with the Community
Center of St. Bernard, 1107 LeBeau St. Arabi, to provide
free tax preparation services every Monday in March.

Tax preparation services will be available on March 2nd, 9th, 16th,
23rd, & 30th from 10:00am--3:00pm and no appointment is necessary.
However, these services are targeted at families with children, and
are limited to those households who earned $41,646 or less during 2008
and who do not itemize their returns.

Anyone seeking assistance with their tax returns should bring their
W-2 forms, proof of identification, Social Security cards for every
family member that will be listed on the tax return, the ID# for their
Child Care Provider (if applicable), and bank account information so
that refunds can be issued by direct deposit. For additional
